  • We evaluate preliminary feasibility and simulate PPA pricing.

Offer & Agreement

  • We provide offers, e.g. Pay-as-Produced, Pay-As-Consumed or Renting, based on the customer needs and preferences.

  • We will give you PPA prices and terms. We provide a pre-approval decision and offer. If end users are interested we draft a PPA contract.

Construction & Commissioning

  • After approval, our partners builds and commissions the system.

  • We provide financing and funds based on defined milestones.

Operation & Maintenance

  • Bright Sunday bills the customer based on agreement, monitors performance, handles maintenance together with partners. 
  • Partners support maintenance or servicing, depending on the arrangement.
